Delta Greenery Terms of Service

Effective date: 13 October 2026.

These terms apply to the hosted Delta Greenery website, maintained by the Delta Greenery project. By using the hosted tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Non-commercial use

The hosted Delta Greenery tool is for non-commercial purposes only. Do not use it for paid services, commercial publications or other commercial projects. This restriction applies to the hosted service. The source code and third-party components remain governed by their own licenses.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain any rights you hold in the content you create or import. Delta Greenery does not claim ownership of your documents. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to use and share text, artwork, fonts and other material, and for complying with applicable law and third-party licenses. Using this tool does not grant rights to anyone else's intellectual property.

Do not use the service to infringe others' rights, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.

Storage and backups

Documents are edited and saved locally in your browser, or saved to your own Google Drive when you choose to connect and save. Clearing browser data can remove local drafts. Keep your own Markdown or PDF backups. The operator does not maintain a document database and cannot restore copies that are lost from your device or Drive.

Privacy and third-party services

The Privacy Policy explains how browser storage, Google authorization and Drive data are handled. Connecting Google Drive is optional. GitHub, Google and any external image or resource providers operate under their own terms and policies.

Unofficial tool

Delta Greenery is not an official Arc Dream Publishing product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Arc Dream Publishing. Generated documents are not official Arc Dream Publishing material. The publication disclaimer does not grant permission to use third-party material.

Availability and limitations

The service is provided as available. Features may change, contain errors or become unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, accurate rendering or recovery of lost data. Check your documents before sharing or printing them. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes and contact

Updates to these terms will be published here with a revised effective date and apply to subsequent use. You may stop using the service at any time and remove your data using the controls described in the Privacy Policy.
